According to the policy released by the management of society, these rebate certificates can be adjusted as confirmation charges in your 5 Marla residential plots. The total price of a rebate certificate is PKR 10,000.Furthermore, the owners of sunrise enclave rebated certificates can adjust them into their plot as confirmation or balloting charges and get a discount of PKR 100,000. Rebate certificates can only be adjusted in the confirmation charges. Furthermore, each rebate certificate can be used for s single plot.
